Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Team Leader Domestic Operations to oversee and support our team of Admission Counselors. This is a full-time, on-site role at Parul University. The role involves supervising daily counselling operations, ensuring lead conversions, and maintaining high standards of performance and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and capable of managing performance and providing leadership within a fast-paced admissions environment.

Please note, the role may require working on weekends or extended hours depending on operational demands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assign, and oversee daily lead allocation to all Business Development Executives (BDEs).
  • Supervise and support the in-house team to meet and exceed admissions targets.
  • Track and evaluate team performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the Central Contact Center for domestic admissions.
  • Act as a single point of contact for escalations and coordination across departments.
  • Lead by example, maintain a positive work environment, and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
  • Support new counselor onboarding and provide training as required.
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by management based on business needs.

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience in a team supervisory or leadership role is essential.
  • Proven track record in lead conversion, preferably in an admission counselling or sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer databases.
  • Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism with a customer-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail, with sensitivity to cultural and individual differences.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A team player with a willingness to support other functions when needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum: Graduate Degree (Any Stream).
  • Preferred: Relevant work experience in student counselling/admissions domain.
