Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business goals

Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence

Monitor industry trends, analyze market data, and adapt sales strategies accordingly

Drive consistent revenue growth through structured sales efforts and client engagement

Regularly report sales performance and progress to senior management.


Key Requirements


7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the UAE

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of B2B service sales and client relationship management

Familiarity with the UAE business environment and company setup process is a strong advantage

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
