Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual Testing) @ TELUS Digital

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced software tester to join our team. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, writing test cases, performing exploratory testing, analyzing data, and executing functional and regression testing. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, developers, and support teams to ensure that the project meets user expectations before it is released or goes live. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in manual testing within the Telecom domain. Proficiency in Webservices/API testing, Billing System (CSG), OSM, UIM, Provisioning systems, and Networking Knowledge (BPS, RNA & ASAP) is required. Experience with Web Service Tools like Postman/Insomnia and Soap UI, as well as Bug Tracking tools such as Octane and Jira, is preferred. In addition to technical skills, good verbal and written communication abilities are essential. The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. A solid understanding of common information security principles and practices is also important.
