Lead sourcing and onboarding of FTL and PTL partners across India
Drive supply-side strategy to optimize cost, service levels, and coverage
Build and manage strong vendor relationships and negotiate commercials
Analyze freight performance data and initiate efficiency improvements
Collaborate with network design, operations, and product teams on new initiatives
Ensure SLA adherence and develop SOPs with courier partners
Requirements:
6-8 years of relevant experience in logistics or e-commerce
Proven expertise in vendor development, rate negotiation, and cost optimization
Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills
Prior experience with B2B shipping, trucking, or express cargo preferred.
