Responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for the CRM Product Owner TI and the independently Managed Businesses (IMBs) within the Transformation of Industry (TI) Business Area. This involves assisting with project implementations, creating Salesforce training materials, collecting requirements from stakeholders, translating requirements into detailed User Stories, performing User Acceptance Tests, collaborating with remote teams, managing Salesforce users, developing Dashboards and Reports, upholding data integrity, processes, and standards, and responding to Transformation of Industry requests within Salesforce. Siemens Energy expects applicants to have 2-4 years of experience, excellent command of spoken and written English, knowledge of sales tools and software, experience in sales or sales support roles, creative problem-solving skills, self-determination, and basic knowledge or previous experience with Salesforce. Applicants should possess advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, as well as good negotiation skills. Fluency in the English language (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
