Automation Testing with Karate @ Tredence

Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for an Automation Testing with Karate to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As part of the team, you will be responsible for all testing aspects, from requirements gathering to implementation. You should excel in writing test cases, test planning, and execution, while also possessing excellent communication, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve managing and executing a roadmap to maximize test coverage, focusing on automation and integration with CI/CD initiatives. You will be required to build automation test suites using Java, Selenium, and Rest-assured automation framework. Additionally, you will drive automation-led quality efforts for releases and define a comprehensive test data strategy supporting various testing types. It is essential to have strong experience in automation testing using Java, Cucumber, and Karate Framework in Data related projects. Familiarity with technical design and hands-on work in a modern OOPS-based language like Java is crucial. You will need to understand the testing effort by analyzing project requirements, estimate time, resources, and budget required for testing, assign tasks to the Testing Team members, and ensure sufficient work allocation. Your responsibilities will also include tracking and preparing reports on testing activities such as test results and test case coverage. You will review and approve test cases written by Test Engineers against project requirements. The working hours for this role are from 12 noon to 10 pm IST.
