The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will be required to monitor production processes to identify any deviations from quality standards and perform quality tests following standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements. It will also be your responsibility to record and report test results, and if necessary, initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs). Additionally, you will need to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of the QC lab. In this role, you will be expected to prepare and review quality documentation such as SOPs, COAs, batch records, and inspection reports. Collaboration with production and QA teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions is a key aspect of this position. You will also assist in internal and external audits and implement recommendations for improvement. Providing training to junior staff on QC procedures and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. The role requires staying updated with industry regulations and developments related to product quality. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
