Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee order processing, logistics, inventory, and team coordination for our Mumbai branch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in IT hardware operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order execution and timely deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Oversee inventory, dispatches, and returns
• Supervise operations staff and daily workflow
• Share regular reports with management

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Business, Operations, or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant experience (preferably IT hardware/services)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of logistics & inventory management
• Proficient in Excel and ERP tools
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to handle deadlines and multitask
