System Analyst @ Siemens

Job Description

You will need to empathize, analyze, document, socialize, and drive customer/end-user requirements and features in collaboration with development teams. Your passion should be focused on end-user empathy, product conceptualization, and continuous value delivery to end customers. It is essential to have a good understanding and experience working with cloud-based software services. Your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key, along with hands-on experience in tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Siemens Healthineers products and service processes is also beneficial. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Product Managers/Product Owners to translate business requirements into software features and service enhancements. Continuously refining features, user stories, and enablers based on business goals, along with clear acceptance criteria, is crucial. You will own and manage the product backlog for scrum teams and collaborate with various stakeholders such as Product & Release Managers, Scrum Masters, architects, development, QA teams, and stakeholders in dependent R&D projects. Content planning and development task coordination are part of your primary responsibilities. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle from idea generation through development to market launch, leveraging technical innovations to create a competitive advantage that drives commercial success. Understanding agile development processes is essential to ensure the maximum customer benefit is achieved at the lowest cost, emphasizing the importance of early feedback from all stakeholders to enhance customer benefits.,
