Role & responsibilities

We are looking for

Position: Deputy General Manager (DGM) / General Manager (GM)

• Age Range: 50 60 years
• Preferred Candidate: Male
• Education: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 20 years in Ferro Alloys companies, with relevant expertise in Submerged Arc Furnaces.

Must have hands on experience in :

• Maintenance of critical components of submerged arc furnace-Electrode columns, Hydraulic System, Smoke hood assembly etc
• Utilities Bag Filter House, Cooling towers, air compressors, EOT Cranes etc
• Raw material handling equipments- Vibrating screens, conveyor belts etc
• Maintenance practices-CBM,NDT etc
• Identification of problems, root cause analysis and Improvement Plans
• Compensation: 3 4 million per annum (negotiable based on experience)
• Accommodation: Semi-furnished apartment (2-3 BHK)
