Travel: Up to 20% International & 20% Domestic Annually

Role Overview

Were looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Manager to work closely with the founding team. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone eager to wear multiple hats and grow rapidly within a startup environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting leadership, managing cross-functional projects, building internal processes, and representing the founders in key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Founder Support & Representation: Act as a trusted partner to the founding team and represent them in business and stakeholder meetings.
  • Executive Assistance: Manage the founders' schedules, emails, travel logistics, and meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Work with program managers to analyze KPIs, SOPs, and SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and technology on launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Recruitment Support: Work with the talent acquisition team to hire for key internal roles.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day operational roadblocks.
  • Culture Building: Actively contribute to and strengthen Zepuls work culture.
  • Event & Media Management: Support event participation, product demos, podcast scheduling, and manage corporate social media accounts.
  • Office Administration: Oversee general office operations and cost center coordination.
  • Client Communication: Work with the customer engagement team to keep the founding team updated on client interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate is a plus)
  • 02 years of experience in business operations, founders office, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must)
  • High problem-solving ability and adaptability
  • Relationship-building skills (must)
  • Strong bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Familiarity with Canva or Figma (or willingness to learn)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Work Conditions

  • This is a work-from-office role based in Madhapur, Hyderabad
  • Travel up to 40% annually (Domestic: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai | International: London, Dublin, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Dubai, etc.)
