Job Description

RoJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive In-House HR Recruiter with a strong background in US staffing to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals for our US-based operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards to manage and streamline the recruitment workflow.
  • 2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • 3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation:
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, work authorization (especially H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and cultural fit.
  • Ensure candidates meet client or internal compliance requirements.
  • 4. Onboarding & Coordination:
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and manage feedback loops.
  • Support the HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
  • 5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • 6. Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with US labor laws, company policies, and visa regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in US staffing and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, CPT, OPT, GC, US Citizen).
  • Proficient in using ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in an in-house corporate recruiting environment (vs. third-party agency).
  • Familiarity with IT/technical roles and working with diverse candidate pools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and visa sponsorship processes in the US.le & responsibilities
